Does it really help with the pain?
After several year of trying I am on week 30 of my pregnancy today!: )
And now I can’t stop thinking about the birth. I’m going for the obvious choice of gas and air and Pethidine, but I’m absolutely terrified about having an epidural – more terrified of that than actually giving birth, especially when I think about what the process entails and then there’s the whole what could go wrong thing! My partner suggested a TENS machine.
