Ye ha i’m the first dad, (well dad to be) to post!
I found out recently that my wife is pregnant – 7 weeks gone now. It was a huge shock as we hadn’t been trying. The financial side really worries me and i’ve been thinking about things and i don’t know if i’m ready to be a daddy yet……
Any words of wisdom or advice?

Well words of wisdom……I have a 5 year old girl, i’m just about to turn 22YRS myself so to say it was a shock is an understatement!
Dont worry about the financial side of things, its amazing how people rally round for you and when your least expecting it get just what you were after, not only that it helps having 4 sisters with 9 children between them!!
If you waited until you where ready to be a daddy you would never do it, you will never be prepared, in at the deep end is what I say!
As soon as you see that little bundle though no matter how unprepared you think you are your heart will melt and you will never look back or think of life without that precious life you have created….yeah YOU created!
Enjoy it and be a support for you little lady, she’s going to need you!
